Parking Provisions

A.6.1Accessible stall: minimum 4000 mm wide × 5000 mm long. The extra width vs standard slot ensures adjacent pathway accommodates wheelchair passage.
A.6.2Walkway min 1200 mm between front ends of parked cars. Stall surface: firm, level, no aeration slabs. Dropped sidewalk or curb ramp to parking level where walkways are raised.
A.6.3PWD access only: passenger with disability must be inside vehicle. Access parking placard with control number and PWD ID conspicuously hung on rear-view mirror.
A.6.4Pole-mounted ISA sign: 600 mm × 600 mm, min clear height 2200 mm from parking floor. Pavement ISA symbol: 1000–1500 mm square centered in stall, white figure on UN Blue (#5B92E5).
A.6.5Multi-story parking: accessible slots adjacent to elevators. Multiple entrances: slots dispersed nearest each accessible entrance. Never locate in ramped or sloping areas.
